2012 Family Beach pics-- Take 1

 Since Alex got all "S" on his report card all year AND all (for the most part) green days (aka:good behavior) he earned his $100 for the beach.

 Emily worked really hard this year and earned her $100 for straight A's ALL YEAR LONG. Way to go EM!

 Here is a family picture of Ellie's first beach trip. She just loved the sand.

Our dead visitor

 The kids and I saw this little guy today right outside our storage building.  He was alive then.  We can't figure out what kind he is.  Obviously this is a picture of death and suffering.  Yes, Emily and I teared up while this little baby was writhing in pain.  Rob said he was just protecting the homestead.  Still it's really sad. =...(

Here's a better picture of the markings.  Do you know what it is.  Poor guy was just being held together with some kind of tendon or maybe it was his poor little spinal cord....   (sniff)
