Kid's say the darndest things...

Going up Peters Creek, heading to dinner tonite, Emily yells, "STOP!  We need to go back home and get my glasses!"  I said, "no we don't, you'll be fine."  Emily then says, "No I won't! I won't be able to read the menu!"  Rob and I just died laughing.  We said, "Ok, Granny..."     LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

Beach 2006 .... memories

Here's our camp site.  We were staying at the Verandas (building to the right) and we had a side view room that year.  This was Alex's first beach trip.  You can also see the Ambassador right behind us in yellow.  That's the big nice condo we stayed at when the whole family went right after LPB was born. =)  Good times.

 Little fella running out to the ocean.  Can you see the line on his forehead?  That's where he cracked his head on the kitchen cabinets as soon as he walked into our room for the first time.  Oh well.

 Anyone that goes to the beach with us knows that this is a daily sight. =) 

 Oh how I love this picture!  She was 5 and sweet as pie!

 Sweet little thing didn't even have shoes....  Look at that baby face...

 This is one of my all time fav kid pictures.  Need I say more?  This must have been right after Granny & PaPaw Yearout's trip to Nashville.

Yea, I remember the vacations where we were packed to the brim with baby/kid stuff for the beach.  This is the van.  The seats are down flat and we're still busting at the seams.  BTW those DVD players bit the dust finally last year.  We took the to Disney and they made it 1/2 down there and we had NOTHING for our trip home!!!!!!  Well, we had our laptop, but that only lasted through 1.5 states!  =)
